and Thursday @ 10:00 AM Civil Court is held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month @9:30 AM Traffic Court dates to be scheduled by the court. The Court handles all parking and traffic tickets, environmental violations, complaints, violations and misdemeanors. The Court also handles traffic trials, non-jury trials, trials by jury, civil and small claims. The Town of Haverstraw Justice Court has jurisdiction over certain sections of the Palisades Parkway and Harriman State Park, as well as our local area. The police agencies that are responsible for our court are: Town of Haverstraw Police, New York State Police, New York State Park Police, Rockland County Sheriff's Department and Environmental Conservation. At light turn Left onto 202 East Travel about 2 miles and turn left onto Rosman Road (CHASE Bank on left at light) 3rd entrance on left From the Palisades Parkway South: Exit 13 - At light turn Left onto 202 East Travel about 2 miles and turn left onto Rosman Road (Bank of NY on left at light) 3rd entrance on left From the New York State I-87 North and Garden State Parkway: Take exit 13 North to Palisades Parkway, then follow above directions. |
